The Douro Marina View building is inserted in an urban area, next to the riverside area of Vila Nova de Gaia.

light and welcoming design

The interior will be defined by spaces ornamented using wainscoting in enameled MDF white and gray, with the projected plaster tinned with plastic paint being predominant in these spaces.

On the ground floor, there are three apartments: 2 T0 and 1 T1. On the 1st floor there are 3 T0, one of them with private access to the roof with a generous terrace.
