2016
4A was officially born in 2016, but we had already dreamed of construction projects in Portugal, a small country on the rise and with welcoming people.

2017
So, in 2017 we bought a building in Porto and created our first remodeling project in this country. After that success, we decided to invest in the neighboring city with one of the best quality of life indicators in Portugal, Vila Nova de Gaia.

2018
Its beaches, tourism and excellent structure in terms of services, transportation, culture, health and leisure captivated us to invest in projects in this location. And in 2018, we launched the Plaza Dom Henrique I project, which was the starting point for the development of several other projects in this city.

The realization of a building is also the construction of a new living space. Both of the buildings, the street, the apartments and their residents.
